Join Our Team!

Do you have a desire to demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ to college students and young adults through mentor ship? Whoever you are and whatever situation in life you are in, CSFPA wants to talk to you! We have many opportunities for different types of people to join us in our mission on the university campus.

Volunteer Mentor

Our Volunteer Mentor program is for persons who want to use their free time to invest in the lives of college students. Perhaps you are a recent graduate and want to stay involved in ministry. Maybe you’re an empty-nester wondering what God has in store for you with your kids out of the home. Or maybe you just have a nagging desire to do something, but you’re not quite sure what. College students need mentors and God may be calling you to be one.

Our Volunteer Mentor program is tailored to fit your schedule. You will work with the campus minister, if CSF has one on that campus, or with the Executive Director if there is no CSF presence on campus. We will coach you along the way, training you to make a difference in the lives of students. The time commitment for a Campus Mentor can be a few hours a week or more.

Apprenticeship (Intern)

Our Apprentice program is for persons who are able to commit to ministry on campus for at least a year. Candidates for apprenticeships could be planning for future full-time ministry on campus or elsewhere or could be desiring experience working with young adults.

The Apprenticeship program is flexible, with a usual requirement of 10-20 hours per week. Apprenticeships take place on campuses with full-time ministers and you will work closely with the campus minister who is your direct overseer. Prior to beginning the apprenticeship, you will be expected to work through the new staff training with the executive director.

Campus Minister (Part time/Bivocational)

Everyone has a side hustle nowadays. Maybe campus ministry should be your side hustle. We are looking for persons who have other sources of income but have an itch to be more involved on campus beyond a Campus Volunteer Mentor. This program is flexible and would be ideal for parents looking for part-time work while their kids are in school or individuals with other part-time jobs. These ministry jobs could grow into full time positions or remain part time.

If you are a church looking for staff but cannot afford a full-time paid staff, contact us about a mutually beneficial partnership.

Part-time/Bivocational Minsters will work closely with the Executive Director. These ministries could take place on campuses with full-time staff or you could be the only staff member on a campus. The usual time requirement is 15-20 hours a week with fundraising being required to provide your salary. Prior to beginning ministry on campus, you will be expected to work through new staff training with the Executive Director.

Campus Minister (Full Time)

This is the “traditional” campus minister, the person who works full-time in campus ministry and receives a full salary. Full time ministry requires fundraising a full salary which is difficult but not impossible.

Campus Ministers work closely with the executive director. Prior to beginning ministry on campus, you will be expected to work through new staff training with the executive director.

We are looking for Full-time and/or Part-Time Campus Ministers for these campuses. Click on the link to learn more about each campus. To apply for a position, download and return the application packet.
